Fire & Security Engineers

like you to make it happen. As part of the team here at Fire Safe Services, you'll be out on the road across the Midlands, maintaining and repairing fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. Whether it's routine maintenance or urgent callouts, you'll be trusted to get the job done right the first time, keeping systems running smoothly and to the highest standards

What you receive for joining us:

We're looking to offer a salary of 35,000 - 45,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company van, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, plus a day off for your birthday. We also offer paid travel and overtime rates paid up to double time as well as a quarterly time and attendance bonus scheme of up to 1200 per annum.

Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:

Deliver high-quality service and maintenance on fire alarm and security systems across various environments, ensuring reliable performance and client satisfaction Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota, supporting clients with system faults or issues outside standard working hours and providing effective resolutions Complete thorough service inspections within agreed timescales, maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring systems are operating as intended Keep detailed and accurate records of all work carried out, using mobile technology to support clear communication and professional reporting

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

Demonstrable experience in fire and security system maintenance in line with current industry standards and regulations Proven ability to fault find and repair across a range of fire and security systems including fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and intruder; experience with Gent and Notifier is beneficial but not essential Full UK driving licence required with a flexible approach to travel across the West Midlands and surrounding areas Experience or qualifications in portable fire extinguisher servicing would be beneficial but are not essential
