Job Description

Horbury Property Services Ltd is looking for three skilled and reliable Fire Stoppers to join their growing team, delivering high-quality passive fire protection works across sites nationwide.

What You'll Do:

Carry out fire stopping installations to specification, meeting all industry standards and FIRAS accreditation. Accurately record and synchronise completed work using our electronic system (BORIS) on a daily basis. Collaborate effectively with other trades and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations. Manage materials efficiently and maintain safe, secure storage on-site. Comply with all site safety rules, Health & Safety protocols, and attend all required training and meetings. Provide support with bespoke fire stopping solutions in consultation with your line manager. Occasionally lead installations, coordinating with Site and Project Managers and assisting with planning and materials. Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, and if using a company vehicle, follow the Fleet Policy diligently.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection. Familiarity with FIRAS standards and electronic recording systems like BORIS is a plus. Strong awareness and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Ability to work independently and take initiative, whilst also being a collaborative team member. Willingness to travel and work on different sites across the UK. Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
