We are seeking a

Fire Stopping Project Manager

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take the lead on a range of projects, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fire stopping projects from beginning to completion. Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations meet fire safety regulations. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. Coordinate with third-party accreditation bodies where necessary.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in a

Fire Stopping Project Manager

role. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and passive fire protection methods. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Clear DBS 5 Year Trackable Employment History

Desirable:

Previous work under

BM TRADA

or

FIRAS

certification schemes OR similar. Valid CSCS card and relevant health & safety training.
