Following our recent move to Sheffield, Findley House Fireplaces are seeking detail-oriented and skilled manufacturers to join our team. As a manufacturer, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing fireplaces and granite & slate hearths using various hand and power tools.
The ideal candidates will have experience within the fireplace, stone, marble or granite industry.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.30pm with overtime as and when required which may include Saturday's. A full driving licence is required.
In return, Findley House offer very competitive rates of pay, which is negotiable subject to previous experience, a monthly bonus scheme and pension . Immediate start is available
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture products according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fireplace, stone, marble or granite manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Full driving licence
