Job Description

We are seeking a certified and experienced

Freelance First Aid Trainer

to deliver high-quality, engaging first aid training sessions to individuals, groups, or corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate trainer, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accredited first aid training courses (e.g., Basic Life Support, First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid) to clients in accordance with regulatory guidelines Prepare training materials, hands-on demonstrations, and assessments Adapt training delivery to meet the needs of diverse audiences Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and certification Ensure all training equipment is maintained, clean, and in good working condition Stay current on first aid practices, guidelines, and certification requirements

Requirements:

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or above) Proven experience delivering first aid training to individuals or groups Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexibility to travel to client locations (if applicable) A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desired

Background in healthcare or emergency services is a plus Own training equipment (e.g. mannequins, training AED's, projector, flipchart) Ability to deliver other courses such as Mental Health, Manual Handling and Moving and Handling People a bonus

Work Schedule:

Flexible and based on client bookings and your availability. Travel expenses for delivery of courses at clients sites provided.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 180.00 per day
