How are we different?
Founded by Physiotherapists who have worked within multiple FCP environments, we have applied a tailored approach to FCP delivery that has proven to benefit all stakeholders, especially you, the practitioner.
The "traditional FCP role" has morphed into an extremely high volume, reduced appointment time allocation that is non-stop for 4 to 5 days, with "CPD allocation" that is usually taken up by admin tasks from the clinical week. The outcome we discovered? poor patient service, burnout for the practitioner, and minimal professional development... sound familiar?
Innovate Physiotherapy works on a "number of patients" allocation rather than contracted hours (see further details below) with all current staff members working a 4 day week. Clinical diary allocation can be individualised for your needs, whether these be longer appointment times over fewer days or something that fits around family life.
Within this structure, we also have one afternoon per week allocated for the whole team to come together.
