Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding housing disrepair issues.
Handle inbound inquiries from tenants seeking legal assistance and advice.
Gather key information to assess the validity of potential housing disrepair claims.
Provide initial advice on the claims process and explain how Resolute Legal Ltd can assist.
Qualify leads and accurately record client details and case information within our
Proclaim
case management system.
Maintain high call volumes while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
Follow up with clients where necessary to ensure cases are promptly advanced.
Work closely with the legal team to hand over qualified cases for further legal assessment.
Take instructions from the legal team on basic enquiries.
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs related to client engagement and case progression.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
customer service, telesales, legal client intake
, or similar roles is advantageous.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care, patience, and professionalism.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable using systems such as
Proclaim
(training will be provided).
A genuine passion for helping individuals access the legal support they deserve.
You will be required to visit the Resolute Legal office based in Preston, one day a week minimum.
