Key Responsibilities
Fillet, portion, and prepare fish to Sushinoya specifications.
Ensure correct handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality.
Support sushi chefs during service with precision-prepped ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station at all times.
Skills & Experience
Proven fish preparation skills and excellent knife technique.
Experience in a sushi kitchen preferred but training available for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and respect for food safety standards.
