We are seeking an experienced Manager & Fish Fryer to join our busy fish & chips and fried chicken operation. This is a hands?on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day?to?day shop operations, including staff supervision and service standards
Prepare and fry fish, chips, and related menu items to a high, consistent standard
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures
Manage stock, deliveries, and supplier communication
Support customer service and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
Assist with training and development of junior staff
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a fish & chips shop or similar fast?food environment
Strong practical skills in fish frying
Good working knowledge of fried chicken preparation and cooking methods
Proven ability to manage staff and daily operations
Understanding of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
