We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fryer to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as required. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results. Keep the kitchen area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality meal presentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
