Job Description
Flemings Fisheries is looking for a hardworking and reliable Fish Shed Worker to join our team in Anstruther
No experience required - full training provided. You'll learn how to fillet fish and handle seafood products in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting with fish filleting and preparation
Packing and labeling seafood products
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
What we're looking for:
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working long hours in a cold/warehouse environment
Job details: Location: Anstruther, Scotland
Hours: Full-time, long shifts, including early mornings (details provided at interview)
