Job Summary


We are looking for a

motivated, detail-oriented Fishery / Production Supervisor

to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. In this hands-on position, you will help coordinate activities on the production floor, support your team, and maintain our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, leading by example, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.

from 6am, Monday to Friday and Saturday morning / 40hrs a week. Full time

Key Responsibilities



Production & Quality Coordination



Maintain accurate records of all intakes, quality checks, and daily production tasks using the required documentation (landings, traceability, cleaning logs, etc.) Grade, pack, and prepare fresh or frozen products according to specifications. Sort and organise raw materials (baths, pallets, baskets...) following size, species, or production requirements. Ice boxes and prepare products to meet order standards.

Logistics & Warehouse Support



Load and unload vans, and trucks safely. Move materials between receiving, production, and storage areas as needed. Prepare labels and pallets for customer orders. Operate pallet trucks and/or forklifts and carry out standard warehouse tasks (wrapping pallets, maintaining workspace order, etc.)

Team Support & Compliance



Supervise a small team of production Promote a positive, respectful environment within the production team. Ensure company policies, hygiene standards, and Health & Safety procedures are followed by all staff. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes or enhance quality.

Additional Responsibilities



Adopt a flexible and collaborative approach to daily tasks based on business needs; occasional task variations may be required. Support management in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and well-organised production environment at all times.
