We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fishmonger to work in our busy Kingstown shop. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing family-run Fishmongers.

We have proudly been in business since the 1970s, supplying the finest Fish, shellfish and game from around the country and abroad to the wonderful people of Cumbria and further afield. We have built up a fantastic base of loyal customers both in retail and wholesale operations and as part of your role you will look after them like the VIPs they are. We will entrust you to uphold our high standards of working and product quality, our reputation is everything and keeps customers coming back. Our people are the foundations and they are what makes the business function, the fuel, the engine, the wheels. We're proud to say many of our team have stayed with us for decades and stay until they retire because we look after them, without our people there is no Bells fishmongers.

This position is for 40 hours over 5 days between Tuesday to Saturday. We have fixed hours each week, so no shift rotations. 5 am-3 pm Tuesday-Friday, Saturday 5am-12noon. You will not be required to work bank holidays and you will get extra time off over the Christmas period.

Wage is dependent on your experience and the skills you bring to the team. An excellent package is available for the right candidate.
