Project Manager - Interior Fit Out (Two Roles Available)



Project Type - Commercial and Industrial Fit Out and Refurbishment - 50k to 2m in value.

We're expanding our delivery team and hiring

two Project Managers

who want to create value for clients, protect margin, maintain programme, and keep projects running smoothly from day one. Both roles sit at the heart of our business, and we're looking for people who bring experience, accountability and a high-performance mindset -- not box-tickers - professionals who know that delivering real value is what creates genuine job satisfaction.

, we're open to appointing candidates with different strengths:

Project Manager - Contracts Focus:

Strong with finances, paperwork, variations, planning, commercial tracking and scheduling.

Project Manager - Delivery/Site Focus:

Strong with on-site coordination, programme control, value engineering, logistics and maintaining momentum on the ground.

You don't need to pigeonhole yourself -- we'll shape the role to your strengths during interview.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage

two to four live projects at any one time

, working closely with our small team and our subcontractors to achieve delivery. Your core responsibilities will include:

Project Ownership



Managing fit-out projects from handover to completion, typically in the

50k-2m

range.

Driving progress, maintaining programme, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

Identifying risks, issues, delays and proactively resolving them.

Client, Subcontractor & Stakeholder Coordination



Acting as a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors.

Running short and clear progress meetings, managing expectations and maintaining strong communication throughout.

Ensuring the project team stays aligned on programme, cost and quality.

Financial & Contractual Control

(for the Contracts-Focused PM)

Tracking project finances, reporting on margin, managing variations and valuations.

Handling procurement, paperwork, schedules and contract administration.

Working closely with the on site team to maintain profitability.

On-Site Delivery & Technical Oversight

(for the Site-Focused PM)

Keeping the programme moving, coordinating trades, and ensuring works follow design intent.

Driving value engineering opportunities and problem-solving on the ground.

Overseeing quality control, snagging and handover.

What Skills & Experience You Need:

Experience delivering

commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients and stakeholders.

Commercial awareness and understanding of variations, cost tracking and scheduling.

Ability to work collaboratively in a small but highly capable team.
