Fitness & Wellbeing Coach - Exmouth Leisure Centre

Join LED Leisure and help people feel better and get more out of life. We're looking for a motivated Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to support our members in achieving their health and fitness goals in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver fitness MOTs and personalised training plans Support member journeys and retention initiatives Lead exercise classes (if qualified) Promote wellbeing programmes and provide fitness advice Maintain safe and welcoming facilities Assist with tours, membership sales, and customer engagement

What You'll Need

Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (YMCA or equivalent) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing

Desirable:

First Aid certificate, Exercise to Music or coaching qualifications
