These classes are about lifting with purpose, moving well, and pushing limits. We want our members to feel confident and supported when they walk in, and empowered, stronger, and unstoppable when they walk out.

You'll be passionate about coaching, movement quality, and progressive strength training, with the presence and knowledge to command the room. Our framework gives you freedom within clearly defined class structures, allowing you to bring your own coaching style, energy, and personality while staying true to the ROX brand.

Program your favourite lifts, conditioning blocks, and athletic-style finishers, coach technique with confidence, and motivate every individual in the room to work harder than they thought possible.

ROX is an honest brand built on industry leading experience and genuine human connection. A huge part of the role is the member experience journey - from greeting members by name and coaching them personally throughout class, to post-class fist bumps, feedback, and sweaty smiles. Requirements

Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent) Experience coaching strength and conditioning-based classes Strong understanding of resistance training, conditioning, and functional movement Confident coaching technique, scaling, and progressions across mixed abilities Experience coaching with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional equipment (preferred) Boutique studio or performance gym experience (preferred) Availability to teach evenings and & weekends (preferred)

Pay: From 30.00 per hour
