Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer who is ready to become part of the area's leading gym facility.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to educate clients on fitness techniques and healthy lifestyle choices. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes, including our Small Group PT classes, providing personalised training sessions, and fostering a supportive environment for all members.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality fitness instruction in a variety of formats, including group classes, and one-on-one sessions. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and the importance of physical fitness in overall health. Develop tailored fitness programmes that meet the individual needs and goals of clients. Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure optimal results. Provide motivation and support to clients, helping them to achieve their fitness objectives. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is properly used and stored. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously enhance personal knowledge and client experience.

Requirements

Level 2 Gym Instructor Award. Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. Previous experience in coaching or fitness instruction is highly but not essential. Excellent personal and communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings as required. Weekend availability.
