Anytime Fitness is an exciting, growing 24/7 gym franchise. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow your career within a major Global brand with over 185 UK and Ireland clubs, along with 5,000+ clubs worldwide.

We are recruiting Fitness Coaches to play an integral part in our club's growth and development. You will open and close the facility, deliver group exercise classes, and provide personal training and other services to our members.

With a positive can-do attitude and exemplary people skills, you will be a welcome addition to our team. Your personality and input will be a vital part of the club's atmosphere and our members' experience. Your daily focus will be to drive member engagement. Working in a vibrant gym environment and the local community, you will be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. Ideally, you will also be full of marketing ideas on how to reach prospective new members and personal training clients in the local area.

The role:

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Open and close the gym Conduct member wellbeing assessments Teach group exercise classes Support in-reach and out-reach activities Complete daily operational walk arounds Keep gym floor tidy throughout the day
Requirements:

REPs Level 3 Good team working skills Professional Self-motivated Proactive Strong sales skills Excellent communicator Passionate about customer service and fitness

Pay: 12.00-28.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
