Job Title:

Fitness Coach

About the role:

You will be a key fitness team member by providing members with 5fitness service including inductions, programme writing, health assessments and ongoing gym floor support. You will also be required to teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes and progress to accumulating PT clients.

Your responsibilities:

Deliver a 5 gym floor customer service and create a positive training environment
Conduct health assessments, write client programmes and offer members support Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes Work in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiries

What you'll bring:

Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications Delivering studio classes and personal training sessions Writing client programmes Delivering health assessments Delivering Personal Training sessions Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products Ability to communicate to a diverse audience of people Strong team work ethic Able to use one's initiative

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

Salary - 27,008.00 per annum + off shift PT income 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period. Health Cash Plan Westfield Rewards Pension plan with contributions Corporate Bonus Scheme
