Are you passionate about fitness and padel? We're looking for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for sports to our Leisure Club.


In this role, you'll be both a

Fitness Coach -

helping members get the most out of their gym sessions, conducting inductions, and ensuring poolside safety - and a

Padel Activator

, running engaging sessions for beginners and growing our local padel community.


You'll be an essential part of a dynamic team, creating an environment where fitness and sport come together to build a strong, social community. If you're ready to make a real impact and help members enjoy every step of their fitness journey.

What we'll need from you:

A passion for health, fitness, and community

- you're enthusiastic about helping people reach their goals, whether through fitness coaching or introducing them to the game of padel.

Exceptional people skills

- you're friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with members of all ages and abilities.

Fitness qualifications and coaching confidence

- you're able to conduct gym inductions, create tailored exercise programmes, and deliver fitness sessions safely and effectively.

Padel enthusiasm

- whether you're an experienced player or an active learner, you're excited to grow our padel community and lead fun, inclusive sessions.

Top-notch communication

- you can clearly explain equipment use, session details, and club rules, and you know how to make people feel welcome and informed.

Operational awareness

- you understand the importance of safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all areas of the club, including gym and court spaces.

Tech-savvy and organised

- you're comfortable using booking systems, managing session registers, and helping members with online platforms.

Team spirit

- you work well with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless experience for guests and support wider hotel performance goals.

Calm under pressure

- you can handle emergencies or complaints professionally and know when to escalate issues.

Sales awareness

- you're happy to promote offers, upsell services, and help drive member engagement and retention.
