Fitness Coach
Job Description
We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Fitness Coach to join our award-winning wellness team at The Greenhouse Spa, part of the stunning Elms Hotel in Abberley.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a luxury countryside retreat, helping our spa members and hotel guests achieve their health and wellness goals in a state-of-the-art environment.
You'll be delivering personal training sessions, leading group fitness classes, supporting the wider fitness and spa experience, and actively helping to grow our spa membership through outstanding service and strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Level 2 and 3 Fitness or Personal Training certification (required) A passion for wellness, health, and delivering high-quality, results-driven training Positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to engage new clients and promote services Team player with a proactive approach to supporting both guests and colleagues Experience with group fitness classes is a bonus
