Fitness Instructor

Energie Fitness Acton, Bollo Bridge Road, Acton W3 8DR

10-20 hours per week -- Early shifts, late shifts & weekends

Pay: National Minimum Wage

About the Role

Energie Fitness Acton is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Fitness Instructor

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and fitness, with strong people skills and the drive to create an exceptional member experience.

You will work in a

fast-paced, friendly and supportive

environment, helping members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining high standards across the gym floor.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality fitness support to members on the gym floor Teach group exercise classes (training can be provided) Create effective and engaging workout routines Provide excellent customer service and member interaction Support members in achieving their fitness goals Maintain a clean, safe and motivating gym environment Stay up to date with current fitness trends and best practices Be a positive role model for health and well-being Make outreach, prospect and member follow-up calls Work towards daily & weekly sales and engagement targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Active and passionate about fitness Friendly, confident and professional Motivated, organised and able to use initiative Comfortable in a member-facing role Ideally experienced in fitness instruction (gym, university setting, or sports club) Knowledgeable in sports nutrition (preferred but not essential) Available for early or late shifts, including weekends
