Primary Purpose of the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to support our Head Trainer and Studio Manager in leading a high-performing team. You'll set the standard for a top-tier studio, ensuring five-star service and a fun, inviting atmosphere. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours per week, including 15-20 hours of teaching, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting leadership to keep the studio fully staffed, with all Trainers trained and equipped for excellence. Overseeing the F45 Challenge (our 45-day fitness program, held 3x/year), including individualised participant mentorship and execution. Executing social media and marketing strategies to grow our community. Inspiring members through energetic group sessions, blending group motivation with personal training vibes. Maintaining an upbeat, positive energy to foster a welcoming environment where everyone feels confident and motivated.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a motivated fitness professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, growing organisation. Essential requirements:

Level 2 Fitness Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications (UK-recognised). 2+ years of experience in fitness leadership, coaching, or management (HIIT/group training preferred). Strong communication, organisational, and social media skills. Passion for community-building, with a consistently energetic, positive attitude. Commitment to our values: results-driven, team-oriented, and client-focused. Availability for 30-40 hours/week, including teaching shifts.
