Studio Assistant Manager

to help lead our beautiful New Forest studio (Romsey side). This is a dynamic full-time role perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy wellness environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact.

You'll support the Studio Manager in running daily operations, growing revenue, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional client experience -- all while helping to shape the future of Reformer Pilates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day operations

: scheduling, studio presentation, equipment checks, and client service Ensure

health & safety compliance

across the site and team Drive revenue by

converting intro offers and first-time visitors

into memberships and class packs Work with the Studio Manager to

grow monthly direct debits and studio sales

Support recruitment and lead

regular instructor training and development

Collaborate on

local outreach and events

to build community presence Create and post

engaging social media content

that resonates with the local demographic Foster strong team communication and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients

What You Bring:

Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations (assistant manager or team lead level) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident in sales, with a proven ability to meet conversion targets A natural communicator and motivator -- both with clients and team Creative flair and confidence using social media for marketing Level 3 PT or Pilates qualification (preferred but not essential) A positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset A car and flexibility to work weekends and alternate shifts
