About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to join the team at Honiton Leisure Centre. In this role, you will:

Deliver personalised fitness programmes and conduct fitness MOTs Motivate and support members to achieve their health and wellbeing goals Promote additional services including personal training and group classes Assist with membership tours and sales Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained fitness environment

About You

You'll be passionate about health and fitness, with great communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. You should be:

Qualified to Level 2 in Fitness Instructing (or willing to train) Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends A team player with a friendly and approachable manner Confident in helping members of all ages and abilities

First Aid at Work certification is required (training can be provided). Additional qualifications such as Level 3 Personal Training or Exercise to Music are desirable but not essential.
