Job Description



We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Engineering Trainer Coach based at our Willerby Grove Campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a part time, fixed term basis. Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge and skills of an apprenticeships to ensure competency in their chosen vocational field of engineering and to prepare apprentices for success at their End Point Assessment (EPA). Essential Requirement:

  • To facilitate an effective learning experience by delivery of a quality apprenticeship learning programme to relevant work based learners in the following areas: Multi-Skilled Engineer
  • To work flexibly with employers and their staff to provide a high standard of delivery and support to learners and their companies to ensure good learner progress.
  • To support the individual progression of apprentices by undertaking regular one to one reviews and formative assessment activities.
  • To maintaining and update individual learning plans (ILPs) and tracking systems on a regular basis to ensure good progress and that apprentices are ready and competent to pass through Gateway assessments, leading to successful End Point Assessment.
