Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced
Flat Roofer
to join our growing team.
The Flat Roofer will play a vital role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions on a variety of projects, ensuring workmanship meets the company's standards of excellence. This role is ideal for a skilled, reliable, and motivated individual with proven experience in flat roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation and repairs on a range of flat roofing systems, including single ply, bituminous felt, and liquid-applied solutions.
Work to project specifications, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
Maintain compliance with company Health & Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe working practices.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and colleagues on-site.
Take responsibility for keeping tools, equipment, and work areas in good order.
Skills & Attributes
Skilled in a variety of flat roofing systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong commitment to health and safety.
Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in flat roofing installation and repairs.
Valid CSCS card.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
NVQ in Roofing Occupations (preferred).
Manufacturer training cards/certs
Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness training (advantageous).
DBS check (to be arranged by the company).
