Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, felt, and liquid-applied membranes. Ability to perform all other necessary roofing works/repairs including guttering, brick-work and lead-work. Inspect roof conditions and identify necessary repairs or replacements. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and site managers to complete projects on time. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience as a flat roofer or similar role in roofing. Knowledge of various flat roofing materials and systems. Strong understanding of roofing safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. CSCS card (preferred). Valid driving license (required).
