We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flat roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively on various roofing projects. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality workmanship, as well as the ability to collaborate with other tradespeople on the job site.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain Flat Roofs using various materials such as Resitrix, AH25 and Felt.
Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all roofing tasks.
Perform heavy lifting and physical labour as required during roofing installations and repairs.
Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other construction professionals including carpenters, lead workers, renderers and pitched roofers.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment on site.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure personal safety and that of others on the job site.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Flat Roofing.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to roofing tasks.
Ability to follow job sheets accurately.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
