Job Title - Flavour Compounder

We at Love Flavours are looking for a detail orientated, hard-working individual to join our fast-growing team at our facility. This a production position engaged in the manufacturing of E-Liquid and food flavourings following strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating production machinery, mixing ingredients according to precise formulas, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean work environment. Prior experience in a production setting is preferred. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge and previous experience of batch manufacturing within a flavour, E-Liquid or food/beverage plant.

Requirements & duties:

Knowledge of processing techniques including filling, labelling, packaging and weighing Operating machinery, mixing ingredients to precise specifications Packaging products efficiently ready for dispatch Excellent organisational skills A team player who is able to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines alongside our production team Experience working in a lab environment and standing for extended periods Health and Safety awareness, adhering to safety protocols. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area Full Training will be offered with the potential of progression through a thriving flavour manufacturing facility. Excellent understanding of English Language both verbal and written (essential)
