Role Summary

As a

Retail Sales Assistant

based in our Newtownabbey store, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll be responsible for driving sales through product recommendations and upselling, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and supporting the Store Manager when needed. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is passionate about retail, enthusiastic about vaping products, and committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do

As a

Retail Sales Assistant

, you'll be the welcoming face of our Flavour Warehouse store (Trading as Total Vapour) , helping customers find the right products and delivering top-notch service. Your day-to-day will include:

Generating in-store sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling techniques Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied Supporting the Store Manager during days off, annual leave, and sickness Maintaining high standards of store cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation Contributing to sales targets and sharing customer feedback with the management team Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive, sales-driven environment Adhering to company policies and procedures, and setting an example in dress, punctuality, and professionalism

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

Committed to outstanding customer service Sales-focused, enthusiastic, and approachable A confident communicator with great time management and organisational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team A vaper or someone with a strong interest in the vaping industry Professional in appearance and conduct

Experience & Knowledge:

Previous experience in a retail sales role Familiarity with vaping products (advantageous) Strong upselling and cross-selling skills Understanding of age-restricted sales regulations
