The Opportunity

Salary:

25,583 to 25,989per annum


Working Pattern:

Full time, 37 hours per week

Location:

Terminus Road, Chichester and hybrid working from home


Interview date:

18 and 19 November 2025



Reporting to the Fleet Resource and Support Team Leader, as the Fleet Administrator, you will work within our Fleet Management system - Transend, to ensure that all data and activities related to vehicles and their equipment is recorded and stored accurately. This will include data entry from various sources and running audits of stored information. Daily tasks will include creating maintenance events as well as the recording of costs. Other responsibilities will include vehicle compliance document storage and tasks related to the assessment of 'whole life' vehicle costs.



It is expected that you will be comfortable in providing feedback to the providers of data where the detail falls short or change in behaviour is required to improve going forward.

Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Time management and a customer service focused mindset will also be crucial when dealing with various stakeholders. Analytical and data driven, the information the role is responsible for enables the wider team and organisation to make decisions on its current and future fleet. This information is also analysed to ensure the fleet remains compliant, safe and is able to allow our employees to provide the service expected within our community.
