As Fleet Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our vehicle operations and making sure everything is running smoothly. About The Role



MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Management of up to 80 vehicles, including booking in services, MOT's and any other repairs required


Ensure that the Vehicle Management system is maintained at all times.


Working closely with engineers and planners Compliance and Enforcement of all quality, environmental, safety and health ( H&S will be led and managed by Compliance Manager however you may be asked to assist with write ups etc)


Monitor all vehicle trackers exporting the data to excel for each department


Liaising with Managers and Operatives to ensure employees have transport at all times


Handling telephone enquiries


Providing Support to Admin teams as required


Uphold Data Protection Policies


Any other Ad hoc tasks as required

Health & Safety

:


Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times


Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately


Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed


Observe & follow all manual handling practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:




Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)


Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel


Use of a data input system desirable (e.g. Housing Maintenance Software)


Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years' experience required


Excellent demonstrable customer service


Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner


Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered

Good communication and organisational skills


Have a good timekeeping and attendance record


Have the ability to work with a wide range of people

In addition, the role may require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally.
