I am currently recruiting for a fantastic client who is one of the most respected and reputable companies in their industry. Their main customers include many main contractors, government organisations, school and hospital trusts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in located in Ipswich, Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to become the Fleet Administrator, joining their already very successful team.

Package:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Salary - up to \xc2\xa325,000

Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Fleet management Fleet management of 40+ vehicles. This includes ordering company vehicles, liaising with lease and insurance companies, booking regular services and MOT\'s, general vehicle maintenance, ordering, and replacing engineer fuel cards and adding all vehicles to the company Dart and Congestion Charge accounts.
  • Looking after 40+ engineers - booking training and ensuring all qualifications are up to date, monitoring employee timesheets, and cross-checking these against call-outs/job sheets.
  • Updating annual leave and sick day calendars/processes
  • Meeting bookings and taking detailed minutes
  • Engineer training matrix / Updating and amending
  • Uniform ordering & office supplies
  • Running of office generally / Assisting with cleaning on occasion
  • Booking Health and Safety courses and ensuring all engineers have the appropriate legal documentation i.e. CSCS, ECS, iPAF, PASMA and Skills Cards for all apprentices.
  • Updating all certificates and company accreditation\'s (Construction Line, SafeContractor, CHAS, GasSafe, HASpod and Oftec).
  • Keeping and maintaining a detailed inventory of in-house stock and company-owned material
Requirements:
  • Fleet management experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A calm and professional manner
  • Excellent administration and computer skills (knowledge of latest Microsoft package)
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • The ability to use your own initiative
