Job Description


Are you looking for a rewarding, challenging temporary position close to Peterborough.

37 hours per week

Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600 & 0900 - 1700 alternate weeks

12 week assignment

The Role:

- Keeping fleet databases and vehicle tracking system up to date and accurate
- Ensuring fleet maintenance schedules are up to date including servicing and MOT\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Run reports on fuel spend and mileage.
- Administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines and accidents/incidents.
- Support Fleet Services Manager

Skills Required:

- Strong administrative mindset and attention to detail
- Full UK Manual driving licence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of working of working with tax, MOT\xe2\x80\x99s and telematics across a large fleet.

The Fleet Administrator will work within a team to enhance the overall fleet operation and help to ensure a safe, fit-for-purpose and available fleet in the most efficient and cost-effective way. The successful candidate will have experience in a fleet environment and will be confident to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the business. It is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, so they will need to be proactive, with a can-do attitude. An understanding of excel would be desirable as this role involves some reporting.
