Main Job Purpose In light of our remarkable growth, we are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet and Leasing Administrator! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the precise and timely execution of all administrative tasks within the fleet and leasing department. Your role will revolve around delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer orders not only meet but exceed their expectations, all while keeping them eagerly updated on delivery progress and swiftly addressing any potential challenges. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Compile Business Contract Hire / Purchase Contract Hire quotations from various funders within our portfolio.
  • Complete sales compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and funders to obtain accurate information on vehicle lead times.
  • Keep Account Management informed of order status and progress.
  • Utilise and maintain the company\'s CRM system to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
  • Compile and manage vehicle files, ensuring all necessary documentation is organised and up to date.
  • Monitor vehicle Road Fund License (RFL) and maintenance schedules.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Respond to email and telephone queries.
  • To support the movement of Electric Vehicles (EVs) on an ad hoc basis.
Essential Criteria
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within the motor industry or similar transferable skills within a sales environment are highly favourable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience using a CRM system for record-keeping and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
  • The ability to manage change and adapt well to weekly changes in tasks
  • The tenacity and ability to see queries and tasks through to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail and first-rate organisation skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise a busy/changing workload in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Full clean current UK driving licence required.
