This is a varied, busy, and exciting opportunity! You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. No two days will be the same -- from coordinating repairs to supporting customers, you'll help ensure everything runs efficiently.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Coordinating repairs on broken-down vehicles and liaising with customers.
Scheduling and planning vehicle maintenance.
Organising the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and repairers.
Supporting local vehicle deliveries and collections.
Assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll bring:
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, working both independently and as part of a team.
Confidence working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
A valid driving licence (essential).
Experience in the rental or transport industries (advantageous but not essential).
