Main Duties
:
Liaise between motorcycle policyholders and internal departments to ensure timely hire bike delivery.
Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule bike deliveries efficiently.
Ensure hire bikes are prepped and road-ready--clean, serviced, and compliant.
Manage fleet paperwork, documentation, and logistics for drivers and customers.
Oversee helmet stock levels, replacements, and stock checks.
Maintain and update digital fleet trackers using Google Sheets/Excel.
Ensure fleet compliance with MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing requirements.
Handle customer queries and assist with unexpected issues, including liaising with police or local authorities when needed.
Key Skills
:
Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal.
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Minimum 3 years of coordination experience.
