We're looking for a Fleet Lease Team Lead to join our Governance and Integrity Team. If you have experience in data and information management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can present complex data clearly, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role



Reporting to the Governance and Integrity Team Lead, you will ensure fleet leases are accurately recorded in our lease accounting systems, adhering to IFRS 16 standards.



You will also:

Maintain efficient, fit-for-purpose systems and processes. Validate and process fleet lease data from third parties. Ensure IFRS 16-compliant accounting records and timely invoice processing. Hit KPIs and SLAs, resolving supplier issues quickly. Drive process improvements for better service, cost, and quality. Keep audit-ready documentation and deliver KPI reports, cashflow insights, and fleet analysis. Lead one administrator and oversee controls testing.

About You



Skilled in data management, analysis, and reconciliation.

Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP and IFRS 16 knowledge a plus. Excellent communicator with relationship-building skills. AAT qualification or equivalent experience desirable.
