Job Summary

As a Fleet Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day coordination of transport operations, contributing to efficient logistics performance and overall company growth

Assist with planning and optimizing delivery routes Track and update fleet movement using Kinesis telematics software Maintain delivery records, driver logs, and vehicle data Help schedule drivers and manage vehicle allocations Support analysis of fleet performance and fuel efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Monitor fleet maintenance and assist in service scheduling Take initiative to suggest improvements in logistics operations Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and office employees Help maintain compliance with internal policies and transport laws

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of

GPS systems or fleet tracking tools

is a plus Previous experience or exposure to

fleet operations or logistics coordination

is beneficial but

not mandatory

Fluent in English with the

right to work in the UK

A

valid driver's license

is preferred (but not required) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills
