Wessex Garages is currently looking for a

Fleet Prep Tech and Driver

to join our busy Preparation Centre in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is confident handling both operational and administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing:

As a Fleet Prep Tech and Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are ready for delivery and our systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:


Overseeing the full vehicle preparation process - from arrival to customer delivery. Coordinating the movement of vehicles between sites and our head office. Organising valeting and creating delivery packs for new vehicles. Prioritising and passing job cards to the workshop in the correct order. Managing delivery notes and ensuring all reporting is up to date. Providing excellent communication and support to both colleagues and external partners.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Full driving licence required A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. A professional and positive attitude.
