JOB DESCRIPTION

Motorgreen Group Ltd have excellent opportunities for a Fleet - Vehicle Administrator to join our team and provide an on-site professional and friendly service, managing car collections, vehicle management and customer service for all our customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED

A good understanding of the motor trade and basic knowledge of vehicle transport operations The applicant must be computer literate and be conversant with Microsoft and equivalent operating systems A good telephone manner is essential Full on- site training will be given Day to day you will be required to organise the collection of vehicles (cars and light commercials) from private, motor trade and company premises in the most cost effective manner to the company You will be responsible for a small team of drivers as well as our small fleet of trucks

KEY PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

Booking the collection of vehicles Monitoring Drivers hours and Tachograph rules Responsible for all Vehicle Maintenance Schedules, including safety inspections, MOTs and Tachograph compliance

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
