Fleet Management:

Oversee the day-to-day management of company fleet vehicles, ensuring proper utilisation and maintenance. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and service schedules to optimise efficiency and cost control. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements. Coordinate repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance with service providers. Maintain accurate records of fleet expenses, incidents, and asset performance. Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency. Manage driver assignments, training, and performance monitoring.

Welfare Management:

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Act as a point of contact for staff welfare concerns and support. Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and other welfare-related logistics (where applicable). Supporting Engineer Recruitment Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval. Support various clerical tasks as needed to facilitate daily operations.

Requirements:

Experience in a fleet related role Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance regulations Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency with fleet managements Valid driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills Other duties may be assigned due to the needs of the business
