Bank Nursery Practitioners

to join our team - picking up shifts that work around you while still making a real difference to children's lives.

This is a flexible role working across our Leicester nurseries, covering shifts when and where you're needed.

The Role

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you'll step in to support our permanent teams during busy periods, holidays and staff absences. You'll work across different rooms and age groups, helping us maintain the high standards of care and education we're known for.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Support children's development through play and planned activities Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies and procedures
About You

We're looking for flexible, enthusiastic practitioners who share our passion for Early Years.

You will have:

A full and relevant

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

(essential) Previous nursery or childcare experience A positive, adaptable, team-focused attitude Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
