Bank Nursery Practitioner

This role will involve working across our Leicester nurseries, covering shifts when and where you're needed.

The Role

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you'll step in to support our permanent teams during busy times, holidays, and staff absences. You'll gain experience across different rooms and age groups, helping us maintain the high standards of care and education we're known for.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Support children's development through play and planned activities Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

About You

We're looking for flexible, enthusiastic practitioners who share our passion for Early Years.

You'll need:

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Previous nursery or childcare experience A positive, adaptable, team-focused approach Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
