Are you an empathetic, compassionate and dynamic individual who wants to make a difference in your role?
Do you want to be able to feel proud of who you work for? 97% of our team said they feel just that, come and join us!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Community Recovery Team where we support adults working towards recovery from substance misuse. Through a combination of one-to-one support, partnership working, and group activities we encourage individuals to lead a healthier and improved quality of life.
We are looking for passionate, creative, and confident individuals to make up our Boston and East Lindsey Cluster Team. We work mainly Monday to Friday during office hours across Lincolnshire; but due to the nature of our clients' needs, you may occasionally be required to work outside of these hours.
We work with individuals in the community in supported accommodation, social or private housing, or those engaging in the housing floating support services. You must have a means to travel to multiple locations during the working day. Excellent rapport building skills are vital, as is the ability to work effectively in a small team as well as the wider Lincolnshire team. An understanding of the barriers our client group face as well as knowledge of the Agencies we will engage with through partnership working is desirable.
