Job Role: Floating Support Worker
Location Regional Floating Support (Western Floating Support Schemes)
Salary 27,694 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Hours: 22 hours per week

Regional Floating Support (Western Floating Support Scheme)

Our Floating Support Services are delivered throughout Northern Ireland and aim to ensure that people can remain living independently in their own homes.
The Role:
Providing a Floating Support Service to people who have a Physical Disability/Physical Health Issue, Sensory issues specifically sight and hearing, or Brain Injury, who require housing-related support to develop their capacity to live independently and maintain their tenancy in the geographical area of the Western Health and Social Care Trust. (Northern Part)
Note: Personal care is not required for this post.

Essential Criteria
RQF level 2 Qualification, or equivalent (QCF, NVQ etc.)
Minimum of 1 year's paid and/or voluntary experience of providing support services to people with disabilities and/or other vulnerable individuals
Knowledge of the effects of disability and/or other vulnerable groups
Good communication & interpersonal skills
High level of competency in IT to include Microsoft Office packages.
