Our Community Living Service provides individualised care and support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. where we recognise that each person has unique interests, needs and preferences. We support our customers to be self-sufficient and work closely with them and their support networks to explore options to help them reach their goals.
We are seeking a flexible support worker to work days, evenings, weekends and some sleep-in duties across our 3 locations situated in Woodley, Winnersh and Finchampstead. Hours can be negotiated - ideally, we are seeking a minimum 22.5-hour commitment, equally there is opportunity for full time. Shifts will be agreed 4 weeks in advance.
The ideal candidate is required to hold a UK driving license and be able to drive our customers to and from their activities. Mileage is reimbursed.
The role expectations are to provide care and support to our customers, meeting their person-centred needs. This includes delivering personal care, meeting nutritional needs, administering medication, supporting activities and undertaking domestic duties
