We are recruiting a

Floor Host

to join the Rapport team at our client's offices, located in

Watford

. Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.


This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities



Specialising in the overall client experience across all aspects of the ground floor Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards Applying a flexible approach and offering business support as required Being engaged and proactive, constantly seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment
