As a Floor Housekeeper at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you'll lead by example - ensuring every room and corridor reflects our commitment to precision, care and crafted hospitality. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, you'll guide your team, maintain immaculate standards and help create a calm, welcoming environment for every guest.

You will
Lead and support Room Attendants across your designated floors
Ensure rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
Carry out room checks and provide feedback to team members
Deputise for the Housekeeping Coordinator when needed
Report maintenance issues promptly and follow correct procedures
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and housekeeping stock
Organise inventories for linen, uniforms and fixed assets
Schedule shifts and arrange cover when necessary
Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Work evening shifts when required and act as main housekeeping contact
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement
Liaise effectively with all departments, building strong operational relationships
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
Empower colleagues to deliver excellent service to guests and internal teams
Oversee performance management and appraisals within your team
Participate in housekeeping projects and suggest improvements
Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to leadership and guest care
